* The UYSA High School Provisional fees will be paid by the club for each current Razzia player. 
TOURNAMENT: Each coach will inform you of the number of tournaments he/she would like to participate in. The cost is divided among all the players on the team.
*PAYMENT OPTIONS: There are payment options to pay for the fees. However, the UYSA fee (State) needs to be paid in full.

Club Fees: Includes registrar fees, field rental, maintenance, referee fees, team equipment, and club expenses.

**Uniforms:  2024 was a new uniform year. All players will need to buy a new uniform. This includes Home and Away jerseys and socks, and a short. Uniforms are ordered and paid for directly through the Capelli Sports online.

Fees for tournaments, winter training, and indoor or futsal games are on a team-by-team basis as determined by the coach and ARE NOT included in the above fees. Please speak with your coach for details about any tournament(s), additional training, and indoor/futsal plans for your team.

Razzia is 100% volunteer-driven. There are no paid coaches or board members in the Razzia FC organization. 

AGM Procedures

The club will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year. During the AGM, the positions will be voted on the following schedule:

Odd Years:

  • President
  • VP1/

Even Years:

  • VP2/Treasurer
  • Secretary

To be considered for any of these positions, the person must send a letter of intent explaining why he/she would be a good fit for that particular position.  All the voting board positions (President, VP1, VP2, and Secretary) need to have at least two (2) years with the club and a minimum of one (1) year on the board. 

The board may add positions to assist with different club tasks, but these roles are assignments only and are subject to the board's discretion or needs.  Some examples are: Webmaster, Registrar, Uniform Coordinator, etc. These additional positions are assignments and can be added or removed anytime based on the club's needs.

Scholarship Requests (BECAS)

 

A limited number of scholarships are available. All scholarship requests for 2025-2026 must be submitted to the Board no later than June 15th, 2025. Please review the scholarship request with your coach to expedite the request. Without the coach's approval, we cannot process the request. To be able to assist multiple players, we only provide partial scholarships

To submit a request, click on the Google Form above, fill it out completely, and email it to Board@RazziaFC.com once you are done.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION / FEEDBACK

Razzia encourages EVERYONE to observe a 24 hour cooling off period before submitting any complaints. This gives everyone an opportunity to calm down and reflect on the situation and can help us avoid a potentially unfortunate public confrontation, especially in front of children.

We want to work together to help make Razzia the best club for your player. In order to do that your feedback is always welcome, but please make sure to provide that feedback in the proper setting. Our best effort will be made to address your feedback in a fair and consistent manner.

The complaint resolution policy Razzia observes is as follows:

  1. If appropriate, first ENCOURAGE your child to speak to their coach. This will help your player develop critical problem-resolution skills and foster the relationship between the coach and the player.
  2. If step one has already been completed or you feel is not appropriate please address the issue with your team's Coach AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME (away from training sessions and games).
  3. If you feel the issue has not been resolved after speaking with the coach please contact the Director of Coaching, who will work with the board if needed to resolve the issue.
